I pray every day for our youth. Our youth today face many more problems
than I did when I was younger.

If I Could Say One Thing To Young People…..
I know that life can be very difficult, that peer pressure can be hard to handle. But I would like you to consider this. You have a Friend in Jesus that is closer than even our own family members. He knows what all of us go through. Growing up I was 4’11 in high school. So you can imagine I got teased and picked on a lot. There were times when my “friends” weren’t there for me, but I still knew I was never alone and that no matter what anyone said or did to me in the big scheme of things it didn’t matter. I had determined that I would not allow others to dictate what I was going to do.
I knew who I really was and I was going to be true to that. You don’t have to follow along with others who try to get you to do bad things. That’s where our Friend, Jesus comes in. He helps us through every trial whether we are young or old. You see adults may not always want to admit it, but there is still a great deal of peer pressure. There are still hard choices to make. But when I need a real Friend, Jesus is “always” there to talk to. To let Him know our struggles. If I could tell young people, in fact, what I would tell “ALL” people. We have a
